Instructional Management Introduction

The instructional management section provides a comprehensive set of tools to support day-to-day instructional activities and academic tracking. From the Instructor Dashboard, you can efficiently manage class attendance, course completion, and student performance. This area includes access to Class Roll, Course Sign-off and Batch Course Sign-Off, Attendance, Grade Book, and Academic Standards - giving instructors and administrators a centralized, streamlined experience for managing instruction and ensuring academic consistency.

In this release, you can:

  • View Student Progress & Attendance

Instructional Dashboard

The instructor dashboard provides a centralized view of instructor-related activity and class information based on the selected criteria.

From this dashboard, users can quickly filter by instructor, program, status and class date to view relevant student records.

At a glance, summary tiles display key metrics such as student progress, attendance status, completions, end dates, certifications and non-certified learners. The student list below presents detailed information - including student ID, contact details, and program enrollment - making it easy to review class participation.


Class Roll

The Class Roll features the same streamlined layout and includes all helpful student status indicators for quick reference.

Below are a few examples of some of the status indicators you may see:

Status Definition
Balance Student has outstanding balance
Lab Lab status needs attention
Clinical Clocked in to clinical
Hours remaining top number The top number is how many clock or clinical hours the student has left to finish the course
Hours remaining bottom number The bottom number is the total clock or clinical hours required for the course

Course Sign-Off

The Course Sign-Off page supports accurate and efficient tracking of student course completion. Instructors can review course details, record completion status, enter grades, hours and alternative completions. The web version closely mirrors the desktop experience, ensuring a familiar workflow while maintaining consistency across instructional records.

Gradebook

The Gradebook provides a centralized view of student academic performance across courses and terms. Instructors and administrators can review enrolled and attended hours, grades, and key demographic indicators using flexible filters such as district, term, course and instructor. The familiar layout supports easy grouping, sorting, and exporting of data, helping ensure accurate grade tracking and reporting.
