Web Announcement

• Added an informational banner to inform users that a web version is available if they are interested in using it in addition to the desktop app. For example, while not every feature is available yet, the web can be used to take rolls from an iPad, or to access reports from non-Windows devices.

Student Account (Desktop -> Web)

• When viewing a student account, the sidebar can display a button to automatically open that account in the web site.

  

Portal

• Fixed various small issues relating to the student calendar, self-scheduling and checkout processes.
• For colleges supporting two login methods (StudentID and Email SSO), students now receive a more specific error message if they try to log into the StudentID option but they actually have a valid college email and should be using SSO instead.

USHE Reporting (re: TDS discussions)

• Adjusted how U_FIRST_DATE is calculated so that it is consistently based on the first Schedule Detail enrollment start date.

Sponsor Details (re: TOOELETECH)

• Adjusted validation when editing offline accounts to better allow for changes to retirement date and login details.

Enrollment Periods (re: OTECH)

• Added an internal field to automatically track when the record is created to aid in Active Directory user syncing.

Training Plans (re: OTECH)

• Added a new 'CanChangeProgramOutcome' permission to limit which roles can edit the program outcome selection. A Program Outcome can be changed, even after a student is enrolled, if all of their currently enrolled courses are also included in the outline of the new program. Previously, any role with ability to select the program during create could also edit the program after the fact.
• To change the permission, editing the assigned actions for a role via the 'Authorization' form.

[R] - Student Schedule (re: OTECH)

• Added Credit column in addition to Hours to display for students with credit-based enrollment.

[R] - Transcript (re: DIXIETECH)

• Corrected a formatting issue with GPA and the bottom legend text.

[R] - Room Count (re: OTECH)

• Separated enrollment counts into new distinct Lab and Clinical columns. For occupancy, only Lab enrollments reserve space in the room.

[E] - Days Enrolled No Schedule (re: OTECH)

• Added 'EnrollmentObjective' and 'CampusCashBalance' columns.

[R] - Sponsor Invoice (re: OTECH)

• Fixed an issue that could cause the Bill column to display the wrong amount for items having multiple credit memos on the same invoice. This did not affect the GL or internal accounting, just how the numbers were displayed on the report.
