Northstar Application

    • Added memory feature to the SSO browser. If the account provides a ‘Remember me on this device’ option when logging in, that will now be honored. Subsequent logins will then no longer always require 2FA, only the password. Previously, 2FA was always required even if the ‘remember me’ box was checked.
    • Updated the style of the lists to fix a possible graphics error. Previously, an effect that was meant to add transparency, could cause the list item to be fully opaque instead.

Approved Tuition Exceptions

    • Removed the developer-only limitation. If tuition adjustments or charges are required, they will be automatically calculated and applied during processing. Note, exceptions cannot be edited. To change details of an existing exception, first remove the old one then add a new one with the corrected details .

Transaction History

    • Added support for using the ‘Toggle 1098T’ button on ‘RTN’ transactions

Student Assessments

    • Fixed an issue that could cause previously recorded “Other Assessments” to sometimes not be shown in the assessments list. 

Sponsor Detail Fees

    • Improved performance when saving changes. 
    • Improved validation and error messages shown when a duplicate or other error is detected.

Portal

    • Added the ability to replace the default Student Progress report with the newer [Beta] version that includes credits. If you’d like to have the report updated for your college, send a request to support@northstarmis.org.

[A] – “Adhoc Reports”

    • Updated the file name used when exporting. Previously, square brackets were used which prevented Excel from opening the file.

[E] – U – Perkins FY25 

    • Added the report

[R] – Completion Evaluation, [R] – Batch Completion Evaluation

    • Added a Credits total to the summary section.

    • Renamed ‘Course Hours’ label to ‘Completed’

[R] – Course Description [USHE], [R] – Curriculum Evaluation [USHE]

    • Added new reports with alternative style for Program Alignment.

[T] – 1098T FIRE

    • Fixed a formatting issue that could cause some records to be rejected.

[E] – Consecutive Absences, [E] – Unsubmitted Roll

    • Adjusted the reports to be more performant.

Class Roll, Batch Training Plans

    • Adjusted the forms to be more performant.

Clearinghouse – Enrollment Reporting

    • Fixed a formatting issue that could cause some submissions to be rejected.
