Create a Sponsor Account for Portal Access

Creating a sponsor account for the portal enables sponsors to access student reports and submit any outstanding payments.

Sponsors have access to these reports:

  • Student Progress
  • Student Schedule Detail
  • Student Attendance
  • Student Time Cards - Summary
  • Student Time Cards - Detail
  • Transcript
  • Completion Evaluation

Sponsors will have these reports for their own account:

  • Previous Receipts
  • Sponsor Invoice


Getting Started


  1. Locate the Sponsor form.
  • Use the Quick Filter search bar to find the Sponsor form or navigate to the Sponsor Management menu in the Navigation panel and double-click the form. Enter the required data and select "Insert."

  1. Enter Sponsor Details & Create Login Credentials.
  • In the Sponsor Details form, click the "Add" button to create a new sponsor account.
  • Select the "Online Account" checkbox to enable login setup.
  • For the username, enter a valid email address that the sponsor actively uses. This ensures they can reset their password independently if needed.
  • The information entered in the First & Last Name will help you in ensuring you have selected the correct sponsor, later when linking it to the student. In the Sponsor field, select the account you created in the Sponsor form.

3. Link the Sponsor to the Student(s)

  • Use the Lookup panel to find the student.
  • Select the Sponsored quick link to open the Sponsorship form. Or find the form under Student Management.
  • Click the "Add" button and enter the required data. In the Sponsor Detail field, select the account you created above. Ensure the "FERPA Release" checkbox is selected. This is required for sponsors to access the student reports.


  1. Provide Login Details & Verify Access
  • Share the login credentials with the sponsor.
  • Have them log in to the portal to confirm successful access.
