Added a new ‘Online Account’ checkbox to the edit window.
- This checkbox differentiates between records that require online web access, versus records used only for internal purposes like scholarships or financial aid. The difference being that online accounts require a username and password, while offline accounts do not.
- All historic records, having previously required username, have been migrated with ‘Online Account’ selected.
- For new records, ‘Online Account’ is off by default, so that a username and password is not required.

Added preliminary support for SSO authentication.
- As we work with your college to schedule your migration to the new datacenter location, we will also coordinate with your IT department to configure SSO.
- Note: SSO only applies to the Staff accounts when they log in to the admin panel. Student clock-ins are not affected and will continue to work the same way as before by only requiring a Student ID or card scan.
