USHE Tableau Exports

    • Fixed an issue causing some columns to be exported as NULL, even though they had a locally generated value at the colleges.
    • Added a value to the V_Custom1 field. It's formatted as ('EPK' + EnrollmentPlanKey), since X_EnrollmentPlanKey and other X_columns are no longer included.
    • Note, the updated values may not be exported for all colleges until Jan 31.

Courses

    • Fixed an issue preventing changes from being saved to records having a long note history.

1098T Records

    • Fixed an issue preventing custom records from being manually added after the initial results are published.

Course Sign-Off

    • Reviewing how Transferred credits are awarded. Pending final changes.
