Fee Types

• Added an ‘Enrollment Type’ field that allows for customizing whether a class fee applies to clock-hour enrollments, credit-based enrollments, or both.

• By default, all existing fees are only marked as being eligible for clock-hour enrollments. To have the fee apply to new credit-based enrollments as well, check the additional box when updating

  

• Updated the text display of the Fee Code options in the drop-down list.
• Added an 'Enrollment Type' column to the fee list

Assign Class Fees

• Added ‘Enrollment Type’ columns to the data to make it clear which enrollments each fee applies to.

Scheduling / Fees

• Updated the scheduling and fee functions to use the new ‘Enrollment Type’ field from Fee Types. When an enrollment is credit-based, it will only charge fees that have the “Credit Based Enrollments” option selected. When an enrollment is not credit based, it will only charge fees that have the “Clock-Hour Based Enrollments” option selected.

Notifications

• Updated the display of items on the “Tuition and Fees” tile to provide more context about which class a pending fee or tuition item relates to.

Importing

• Updated the validation to provide a more specific error message if the selected file is not in the correct format.
