Program Outcomes (Curriculum)

• Added a ‘Required Credits’ to the Edit Track and Edit Emphasis windows.
  • The fields are optional, but only available when the relevant Program Outcome is already credit-bearing. If set, the Credit values are displayed in the Editor window.
• Added Credits to the Courses displayed in the Curriculum Editor.

Student Lookup

• Added an ‘Email’ field as a search option. It filters accounts based on a partial match to both Personal and Google email addresses.

Auto Drop – Daily

• Updated the “[E] – Preview Daily Auto Drops” report to use a new ‘Max Drop Date’ parameter to better identity upcoming droppable students.
• Updated the Auto Drop process to use the new Preview results as its source.

[R] – Program Materials

• Updated how the ‘Used’ field totals are calculated and displayed.
  • If none of the materials displayed have a Used price, then their subtotals will be left empty.

[R] – Completion Evaluation, [R] – Batch Completion Evaluation

• Changed the indicator used when a course is listed multiple times from ‘’ to ‘+’, to avoid conflicting with the new ‘’ in the Credits column.

[R] – Enrollment Agreement

• Fixed an issue causing the Credits and Hours columns to overlap.

Jobwise – Automated Export

• Updated file values and formatting based on feedback from Jobwise.
• If enabled, exported values can be viewed in Northstar via the new “[E] – Jobwise – CSV Data” report
