Courses

• Added a new field for Budget Code based on the FY24 Glossary definition.
• Imported the default values for current courses from data collection coordinated by USHE

Course Sessions

• Added a new STRUCT column to the list results to display the reportable U_COURSE_STRUTURE value.

Class Roll

• Removed a restriction that prevented the ‘Earliest Unsubmitted’ date from being calculated for some users.

Fee Types

• Added the ability to change the Display field even after the fee has been charged. Staff

Staff

• Fixed an issue that prevented the Retired Date from being displayed in the list.

Student Lookup

• Added a new warning that will display on student accounts if they have an incomplete Monthly or Daily Auto-Drop attempt

Daily Auto-Drop

• Updated the date filtering to be easily customizable so that classes can be dropped on a variably definable ‘N’ days before or after the start of an enrollment.
• Updated the enrollment filtering to ensure only courses that charge tuition up-front are eligible for inclusion.

[R] – Transcript

• Added the student’s name Suffix to all versions of the Transcript report.

[R] – Completion Evaluation

• Fixed how the ‘+’ legend is displayed to identify when a course is listed under more than one track or emphasis.

• Fixed a formatting error that could prevent the report from returning results in some cases.

Track & Emphasis Credits

• Updated the following reports to display Credit values for Track and Emphasis headers, if available:
