Demographics

For students with a linked Google account:
- Updating the First and/or Last Name fields on the Demographics form will also update their account name in Google.
- Updating the assigned Google address is re-enabled with additional validation and feedback for when a conflicting account already exists.
- When creating a new user that has a conflicting username, a fallback address using the full Student ID will be used so that new students still receive an initial Google account.

[W] – (Web Reports)

Updated the underlying web-browser control used to display Web report results. The new browser is Chromium based and should support all modern websites without display any formatting errors. It also supports improved features for printing and downloading files from the page.

FY24 - USHE Tableau Exports

Added new exports for the FY24 Data Submission and Completer reports.
- The export process refreshes each day and updates the following tables locally in the RoverTableau database:
  - tableau. U_v24_CompletersFY (original full source)
  - tableau. U_v24_DataSubmissionFY (original full source)
  - tableau. U_v24_DataSubmissionFYTD (original full source)
  - tableau. jv_U_v24_Export_Completers (formatted USHE export)
  - tableau. jv_U_v24_Export_DataSubmission (formatted USHE export)
  - tableau. jv_U_v24_Export_DataSubmissionTD (formatted USHE export)
The previous FY23 exports will continue to update each day in addition to the new FY24 reports, to allow time for the current visualizations built on them to be migrated to the new source.
Note: The exports and their templates were created on 12/11, but the actual data will not be first populated until the nightly process updates in the morning of 12/12.

[E] – Sensitive Info – Employers (new)

Added a new report that lists student accounts who have Employer information that matches the Employer name.

[E] – Student API – Logs

Fixed an issue that prevented the double-click action of the results from being able to select the student in the Lookup panel.
