Student Applications Form

About

The student applications form allows you to approve, decline, add, export or clone student admission applications. Inside the form, a list of pending student applications is displayed. In addition to the student details, it also provides the Source, Status, Errors, and Application Date columns. Depending on how your institution is set up to take admission applications, you may see different sources of the applications including Portal, API, and Manual.

For applications that are submitted through the portal, colleges have the option to enable the Auto-Approve function, which will approve each application automatically unless there is an error detected.

Applications coming through the API is already assumed to be validated, so those automatically get approved.

Users can view the history of approved and declined applications by unchecking the "Pending" box.
